This reel was a personal experiment where I played with fire effects and retro-style visuals to give it a cinematic, nostalgic feel. Shooting it myself on my bike made the process both challenging and exciting. It’s amazing what a solo creator can achieve when passion drives the project.
Why We Tried a Retro Style
Retro style is all about timeless visuals, emotion, and storytelling. At EP Ka Meter Films, we decided to explore this style as part of our effort to stay updated with modern filmmaking tools and AI technology. Combining classic aesthetics with new techniques keeps our content fresh and engaging.
The Solo Creator Journey
As the creator behind EP Ka Meter Films, I handle every part of production—from concept and shooting to editing and effects. This reel represents the independent filmmaking spirit, showing that creativity and dedication can produce high-quality content without a large team or big budget.
Looking Ahead: Flameproof Album
Alongside our retro-style experiments, we are preparing for our upcoming music album, Flameproof. This project is very close to my heart, and I’m excited to share more about it soon. Both the reel and the album are part of our journey to explore new creative directions.
